| This web site is the home of the Castle Tîrgu. This ficticious archæological centre is located between the borders of ancient Dacia, Thrace, and Scythia, now in modern day Moldova, on the northwest coast of the Black Sea. |
| One of the many extraordinary things about the Castle Tîrgu site is the vast number of stratified cultures that, at one time or another, inhabited the area. These strata range from Stone Age cairns, Greek and Roman temples, a Hun encampment, and later, a Medieval castle; a monumental history spanning over 6000 years. |
| Christiansin Antiquities, an international archæological association, with funding from various govenmental and private organisations worldwide, has been working on this dig since 1968 to uncover the immense history contained there. |
